Payment Methods
We offer many different payment options. Complete your orders using any one of the following payment methods!

Stripe (Credit/Debit Card)
Select ‘Credit/Debit Card’ on the checkout page. After placing your order you will be redirected to the secure page of our payment partner, where you can follow its instructions. Please do not refresh the page or go back. Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be processed by our admin team.

PayNow
For PayNow, kindly transfer to UEN Number: 201935776HMAY or scan the PayNow QR code below.
Do indicate your Order Number in the Reference box for smooth identification of your payment during order processing.
Once payment is successful, kindly send a screenshot of the successful transfer page to us via WhatsApp ( +65 8125 9775 ), or email to order@lippackaging.com for verification purposes to confirm your order.
Kindly note that all orders will only be confirmed after we are able to successfully verify your payment with you. -

Self-Collection / Walk-in

Can I choose to self-collect my order?
You may choose the option “Self-collection” when checking out. After your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation message and inform you when your order is ready for self-collection.

Can we self-collect our items on the same day of ordering?
Yes! After placing your order, you may give us a call at +65 6283 8495 to let us know your order number and that you require to urgently collect your items. If stock are available, our staff will assist to help you expedite the self-collection of your order.

Can I walk in to purchase instead?
Walk in retail services are available. However, do note that every morning and evening periods are operational rush hours for our staff. Kindly visit us between 11am to 4pm so that our staff are more available to serve you and provide their best services to you!

Can I walk in to view samples?
We are happy to assist you for sample viewing! Do kindly drop us a call at +65 6283 8495 to make an appointment for sample viewing and to check sample stock availability!
However, do note that every morning and evening periods are operational rush hours for our staff. Thus, kindly visit us between 11am to 4pm so that our staff are more available to serve you and provide their best services to you! -
Can I walk in to purchase samples?
Samples can be purchased generally at $1/pc to $2/pc, depending on the product type. Do kindly drop us a call at +65 6283 8495 to check the sample stock availability for the product you are interested in before you head down to our warehouse to purchase them!

How long do orders take to be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 working days. During public holidays or when there is a surge in order volumes, it may take up to 3 - 4 working days.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
For Singapore orders, your order will reach you within 1 to 4 working days after order confirmation.

Can I specify my order’s delivery timings?
Delivery is handled by our in-house delivery team. As we deliver islandwide and don’t have superpowers (unfortunately), we are unable to control any delays that may take place. Therefore, delivery timings for orders will not be specified. Thank you for your kind understanding!

How much does delivery cost? (Local Delivery - Singapore)

Is an expedited Delivery option available?
We are unable to offer expedited shipping. Please refer to the estimated delivery time above. Note that we may accommodate an urgent delivery request depending on the availability of our delivery team. Additional charges apply for such requests.

What are your delivery days?
We deliver from Mondays to Saturdays (excluding Public Holidays).

Can I change my delivery address after I've submitted my order?
Please contact us at +65 6283 8495 or order@lippackaging.com at least 24 hours prior to the delivery if you would like to change your delivery address. Note that once we have processed your order, we are unable to change your delivery address.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

What if I received a damaged product?
Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologise for any damaged product received. We standby our promise to provide quality products to our customers. Should you receive a defective product, we will provide a one-to-one exchange for you. Kindly bring the defective products for in-store exchange at our warehouse:

For an exchange, ensure that your product fulfills the conditions below:

- Invoice available
- Original condition
- Original packaging
Refund

I'm not happy with my purchase, can I return and exchange it?
We regret to know that the product received was not satisfactory. Yes, you may bring the item down to our warehouse to return it for an exchange.
Do kindly note that we are unable to process refunds for the following:
No refund for not suitable, not match, or change of mind situations. However, we are willing to help you with the exchange to other more suitable products where possible.
No refund on any defective items. Free one-to-one exchange services will be provided. A refund will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock.
